Wolf Creek Stables is a family run hunter/jumper equestrian facility open to riders of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're interested in lessons for pleasure riding, shipping-in to utilize our property/grounds, or showing with us locally or on the competitive circuit, we're the farm for you. We've been consistently voted 'Best Riding Stables in NH' for several consecutive years. We take pride in fostering an environment where parents want to bring their kids to learn, work hard and have fun; as well as our adults. Wolf Creek is located just two miles north of the iconic Deerfield Fairgrounds; on NH 43/107; an hour north of Boston and forty-five minutes west of Portsmouth.
Second, only to safety; we take pride in the care and well-being of our horses. Horses have access to fresh water at all times, grain twice daily, unlimited hay, daily turnout in spacious grass paddocks, and well bedded stalls that are cleaned multiple times per day. Happy horse, happy life!
In 1994 Kellie began working on Willow Hill Farm in Keeseville, New York, a 550 acre farm with 250 horses. There she began giving lessons and training horses. A year later she became a professional Junior rider, riding 15 horses a day and trained young and top show horses. At Wolfstone Stable and Sales in West Palm Beach, Florida, she became show manager was responsible for training horses and managing all competitive shows. She traveled throughout Europe with the United States Equestrian Team where she was responsible for the care of 3 top show horses. Throughout her career Kellie has had the opportunity to work and train with some of the country’s best equestrian trainers; David Oliynyk, a top Junior and Grand Prix rider; Schuyler Riley, a top international World Cup rider; and Mark Jungher, another top Grand Prix rider. Most recently she worked as head trainer at a farm in Southern Mass. where she was responsible for all lessons, training and programs for over 34 horses on the farm.
Kellie has many Championship wins and ribbons to her credit at some of the top horse shows in the world. She has had wins at the Adult Invitational Jumper Class in Tampa, Florida, earned Reserve Champion for New England Jumpers, and won the Jumper Classic at the Deerfield Fair two years in a row. She has also ribbon'd at the Massachusetts and New England Equitation Finals, was Champion at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida; and have received ribbons at the Kentucky Horse Park.
Kellie takes pride in teaching young children, junior and adult riders for pleasure and for competition. She has the experience and patience to teach the beginning and timid rider, and has the competitive drive to guide the experienced rider to achieve their goals. She insists on a high level of care for horses. "I believe I am lucky, I get to do what I love because I love what I do!"

We offer riding lessons for children and adults of all ages and levels in a safe and stress-free environment. Whether interested in riding for pleasure or to move up in the competitive ranks, our program has a place for everyone. We have a fantastic group of lesson horses, as well as half and full lease options. All of our horses are well schooled with a 'been there, done that' attitude, making for great and safe teachers. Our horses enjoy the comfort of our spacious barn and the freedom of 15 acres and access to trails. All boarders have access to our 70 x 136 sq. ft. indoor arena and 70 x 136 sq. ft. outdoor ring. Horses have access to fresh water at all times, grain twice daily, hay three to four times daily, spacious grass paddocks for daily turnout, and well bedded stalls that are cleaned multiple times per day.
Wolf Creek travels to both local and top rated shows throughout New England, including New York and Florida. Our horses and riders can be seen competing in the equitation, hunter and jumper rings at shows such as Vermont Summer Festival, HITS, New England Equitation Championships, and more. The American Equestrian League is designed for middle and high school aged kids, to grow in their riding and horsemanship skills. The competitions include scoring points for flat class, pole/ jump class, and lastly a practicum. All of the rider's points are then combined and that's their score for the day. The best part? They'll leave each show knowing what they need to work on!
For anyone interested in or that will be taking a lesson, you must fill out and return our "Release Form".
Those that are planning to board a horse with us, must fill out and return our "Boarding Contract."
